It looks simple enough: a symmetrical shape, clean lines, and a striking contrast that makes it stand out against the surface of the vehicle. But the moment someone tries to make sense of it, they usually run into the same problem\u2014there are two possible interpretations<\/em>, and both seem equally valid.<\/p>\n

The image comes from Danish psychologist Edgar Rubin<\/strong>, who developed it in the early 20th century while studying how humans interpret visual information. His goal was not to create an illusion for entertainment, but to demonstrate something much more fundamental:<\/p>\n
