Investigation Ongoing After Couple Found Deceased in Brentwood
Authorities are investigating the deaths of a couple who were found deceased at their home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, according to multiple reports.
Law enforcement officials say they are working to establish a timeline and determine the circumstances surrounding the deaths. As of now, no final conclusions have been released, and the case remains under active investigation.
Reports indicate that the couple’s adult son, Nick Reiner, was not at the residence at the time the bodies were discovered. Police later located him elsewhere in Los Angeles near the University of Southern California campus. He was taken into custody later that evening in connection with the investigation.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that an arrest was made in the Exposition Park area near USC. Officials emphasized that the investigation is ongoing and that details remain limited at this stage.
According to published reports, Reiner is being held at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles and is expected to appear in court. Authorities stressed that all allegations remain unproven, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Additional information is expected to be released as the investigation progresses.
